Terms and Conditions for Abitto Ferry Services

Important Notice

Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing a ticket and boarding any of our ferries, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These apply to all passengers and are non-negotiable.

Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid only for the specified date and time.

Non-Refundable: Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Rescheduling: 50% rescheduling fee applies if done at least 24 hours before departure.

Check-In: Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may forfeit their seat.

Behavior: Disruptive passengers may be denied boarding or removed for safety.

Baggage Policy: Limit of 10kg carry-on and one personal item. Extra baggage may incur fees.

Lost Items: We are not liable for lost or damaged items. Unclaimed baggage is held for 7 days.

Delays & Cancellations: Refunds or rescheduling are offered if we cancel due to weather or mechanical issues. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

Liability: We are not liable for injuries unless caused by our negligence. We are not responsible for third-party service issues.

Governing Law: These terms follow Nigerian law. Disputes go to Nigerian courts.

Amendments: We may update these terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting.
